I-mate
"Ultimate" range of Windows Mobile devices
I-mate are one of the world’s leading experts in the development of Smartphones and Pocket PC’s. Working with Tangerine to design the new ‘Ultimate’ range, I-mate have set a benchmark for mobile business devices.
The ‘Ultimate’ range boasts five sophisticated 3G mobile devices, in a variety of form factors, with distinctive identity and coherent visual language.
Research in to core values of the business and the brand informed the positioning of the design language.
During design development we hosted the engineering team of I-mate's ODM supplier at our studio in London to ensure that design integrity was optimised through to production.
Launched at the 3GSM Congress in February 2007, the ‘Ultimate’ range challenges the boundaries between laptop computers and the handheld device. |
