Mobile phone design
Over the last 16 years, we have worked on more than 50 projects for LG Electronics, providing inspiration and specification for a range of teams and have been responsible for the design of their highest selling range of mobile phones.
Now, based on a strategy of creating diversity, the telecoms team at LG is expanding its market share.
The L3100 is an important step in gaining market share in Europe and has played a key role in cementing LG’s relationship with the TIM network in Italy.
Our role in creating this GSM phone ranged from initial trend research to the design definition of two handsets. We helped establish links with potential customers for LG.
Common product architecture given a distinctly different exterior keeps costs low. This ensures exclusive products for each service provider. |
